As an organization Diva Dance strives to embody the following values
Teamwork: Understand that we are not done until EVERYONE is done: Always ask what you can do to assist your team-member in meeting his/her commitments
Integrity: Have personal integrity: meet your commitments & responsibilities to the organization in a timely & complete manner
Growth: Always seek personal development: commit to completing at least one (1) seminar/workshop/book dedicated to professional/personal improvement per quarter
Knowledge: Seek knowledge: never be satisfied with not knowing the why or the how
Respect: Accept & honor others: Let people be who they are and accept them for their strengths & weaknesses. Find value in the individual and share your perspective with them
Self Love: Know & love yourself: Be aware of your strengths, talents, & skills and value yourself for them. At the same time, acknowledge your limitations and find peace with knowing that whether or not they can be removed/overcome, you are still worthy of love, honor, & respect.
