I define structures as systems you put into place to support you in fulfilling on the things you say are important to you.

While I don’t like the term New’ Year’s resolution, I do think the end of the calendar year is a great time for evaluation and planning.  My birthday falls in March so I like to think of this period as the “last quarter” of my year, time to look back and see what has happened, hasn’t happened, and what I want to put in place for the next “Year of Kania.”

What we all know is that resolutions typically fall off by March, but I have a secret weapon. . .  STRUCTURES!! I define structures as systems you put into place to support you in fulfilling on the things you say are important to you.

Resolutions don’t work without the right kind of support structures, so I am willing to share my strategies with you AND support you in fulfilling on your resolutions for 2012 and BEYOND.

One of those is our fabulous Life Transformation Program “The Diva Makeover.”  The Diva Makeover is an affordable and convenient program that transforms women into sexy fabulous goddesses who are confident, fit, and satisfied!  The Diva Makeover provides you with a coach, teammates, AND tools and tips to  transform your life.  Best of all the program is “Love Offering” based, meaning, you pay what you can afford and/or what you think the information is worth to you.  All you have to do to participate is REGISTER.  We kick off the fun the week of January 9th.

The first step in fulfilling on your “resolutions” is to figure out what is important to you, to what you are committed.  

I’ll go first, for 2012 and beyond I am committed to:

Financial & physical fitness in addition to my mental, emotional, & spiritual fitness!

Structures

• I scheduled myself to teach 2  Diva Dance Classes (working on 2 more) a week starting the week of January 9th!  If I’m teaching, I’m also getting my workout in!
• Continuing to expand what I’m up to with TechnoDiva Training & Consulting is high on the list.  Taking on referral clients, and not being shy about submitting proposals and asking for what I am worth!
• Scheduling  time to work on Spectacular 2012 and have it be an be awesome success.  More than just putting it in my schedule I am going to honor my schedule and use the time to  call & follow up on potential exhibitors, and promoting the show to students, brides, & parents.
• Joining a performance-based dance program and performing at least once this year
• Found  a Toastmasters group and will attend meetings starting in January to move forward my public speaking career!
• Scheduling a photoshoot for new headshots while I’m home for the holiday’s.

Fun, Romance, & Friendship

Structures

• Signing up for an online dating site and actually responding to the inquiries with an open mind and heart!
• Continually going out to fun events
• Staying in a partner dance class (Salsa, Mambo, Stepping etc)
• Hosting at least one social event at my home every 3  months

In addition to these new structures  I’m going to keep up with my mediation, prayer and affirmations around wealth, health, romance, & friendship.  As I reprogram my mind, my experiences shift!  If you want to join me in transforming your life this year, enroll in the Diva Makeover where you’ll have the support of me and the rest of the Divas in the course!!

Sex has a purpose…to create and NOT just life. It creates bonds between people, it creates energy to manifest ideas into reality, it creates endorphins (feel good chemicals in our bodies), & yes it can create new life! Such a powerful act should be held sacred, not used carelessly.

The Men’s Health URBANATHLON™ is a one-of-a-kind competition that combines traditional road race elements with rigorous obstacles and sets them against a backdrop of iconic city landmarks.
Post-race, the excitement continues at the Men’s Health URBANATHLON™ Festival, with DJ sets, food and drink, and tons of stuff from our sponsors to demo, sample and take home.

A team consists of 3 members who train together and support one another to prepare for this event!  We will workout and get fit and fabulous.  Then we’ll all show up in our fabulous Pink & Black and kick butt at the event.  I would love to have at least 3 teams in the competition.    Who’s up!

This all day event is about music, dancing, family, and fun.  The doors open at 9:00a and close at 8:00p so come out and enjoy some time meeting and mixing with phenomenal and friendly people.
